Total Vessel’s brewhouses are custom-built to fit each brewer’s individual needs. Our staff works with you on everything from defining your optimal brewery layout, to designing the setup and size of your brewhouse and tanks. Every brewhouse is built with 304 or 316 stainless steel. Further, every brewhouse goes through a comprehensive quality control inspection before it leaves our factory.

Brewhouse is various in combination of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc. We accept special design for these variations. Heating can be made with Gas Fired, Electrical Elements, and of course Steam. Our brewhouse sizing ranges from 300 to 5,000 litres beer per brew. We also supply small size Pilot system for clients looking to have all of the features of large brewhouses and run test batches on small scale.

Features:

Manufacturing process

• completely made of stainless steel, only certified materials are used (red copper is available on request)
• automatic grinding and polishing of welds and inner surfaces
• modern welding techniques: TIG welding, laser welded cooling/heating sections on tank jacket and bottom, orbital welded pipes
• in designing and manufacturing of equipment general rules of the profession and good engineering and manufacturing practice are respected
