With every beer fermentation tank we produce, we carry out rigorous radio-graphic inspection on welding lines to ensure the prevention of contamination. Total Vessel also utilizes state-of-art auto polishing and electric polishing.

- external finish can be mechanical polishing, brushed, sand blasting or electropolishing, internal surface is polished with roughness below 0.4μm
The tanks can be used for beer fermentation and maturation. The possibility of optimizing the temperature, pressure, yeast concentration and oxygen level allows the users to control the fermentation process.
